The Homeless Youth Foundation was created to establish an endowment that will ensure the longevity and future financial security of the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) and to raise and distribute funds to other like-minded 501 (c) 3 organizations who are committed to helping homeless youth ages birth to twenty-one.
